We want you to like the way Drop Set makes your skin feel. If it is not right for you, we will refund you. No forms, no hassle, no return shipping.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a full refund of the purchase price. This applies to your first order and it applies whether the bottle is full, half used, or empty.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@dropsetco.com with the email address or order number you used at checkout, and tell us you would like a refund. That is all we need. We will confirm by email within 3 businesses day.
Do I need to send the bottle back?
No. Please keep it or pass it along to someone who might like it. We do not ask you to ship anything back to us.
When will I get my money?
Once your refund is approved, we issue it to your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank or card issuer then takes another 5 to 10 business days to post it to your account. Timing after we issue the refund is up to them, not us.
Damaged, wrong, or missing orders
If your order shows up damaged or leaking, if you received the wrong item, or if tracking says delivered and it is not there, email hello@dropsetco.com with a photo if you have one. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. There is no charge either way and this is not limited to 30 days.
Subscriptions
You can skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.
Cancel or skip before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that shipment. If a renewal charges or ships before you get to it, just email us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it in full.
To manage or cancel a subscription, use the link in any of your Drop Set emails or email hello@dropsetco.com and we will take care of it for you.
Sale and discounted orders
Orders placed with a discount code are covered by this policy exactly the same way. You are refunded the amount you actually paid.
